After a questionable called 3rd strike, both John Ramistella and Butch Hobson would be ejected from the game. The Crabs would then go on to lose the last game in the series against Camden, unable to mount a comeback for third game in a row.
Camden Jumped out to an early lead facing Starter Joe Gannon. Joe scattered 8 hits over 8 innings of work, allowing 5 runs all earned while walking 2 and striking out 3. Joe got the loss making his record 7-10. Matt Schweitzer pitched the 9th inning, keeping the game close allowing only one hit while striking out one.
Ken Harvey started off the scoring for the Blue Crabs, singling to lead off the second inning. He would move to third on a hard hit single by Richard Giannotti and would score on a single hit by John Ramistella. The Crabs would then be sat down in order in the 3rd and 4th. We would score again in the 7th after Richard Giannotti led off the inning with a single, he would move to third on a double hit by Chuck Jeroloman. Richard would then score on a ground out hit by John Ramistella and Chuck would move to third. After Mike Just was walked, Chuck would then score on a sacrifice fly hit by Patrick Osborn.
